Accommodation rules
- On the day of arrival, you will be sent the apartment number and door code. Check-in from 16:00, check-out no later than 12:00.
- The number of guests must be the same as the number stated in the reservation.
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
- Cancellations made no later than 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full, minus a EUR 20 handling fee. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the start of the period, we reserve the right to charge you for one night.
- Small friendly pets are allowed in one of our apartments, please make sure you have chosen the right apartment before booking, call for more information if necessary to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Please note that smoking and partying are not allowed in the apartments. Failure to do so will result in a fine of €200.
If you have the misfortune to break something in your room or on the grounds of the guest house, please inform the hostess and together we will find a solution. - We ask you to respect the other residents of the house and to follow the rules of cleanliness and night peace of the city of Pärnu. During the summer period, the night curfew is 00:00-7:00 in Pärnu. During this period we expect peace and quiet on our premises.
- We ask you to return the apartment in the same condition as when you picked it up (except cleaning, the price includes final cleaning).
- The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of payment. All prices are in euros and include VAT as required by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Payment can be made by credit card and bank link, the service is provided by Montonio Finance OÜ
- Personal data provided when placing an order in the booking environment are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act.

Privacy policy
Processing of personal data
In order to best serve customers and to correctly fulfill contractual relationships, OÜ Memmemajutus collects, maintains and stores customer data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legislation of the European Union. Personal data provided when making an order and purchase in the online booking environment are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. The legal basis for processing personal data is Section 6, Section 1, points a), b), c) and f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data
What personal data is processed
The personal data processed are the data requested from the Buyer when placing an order: first and last name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, e-mail address.
Recipients to whom personal data is transferred
OÜ Memmemajutus has the right to transfer the customer’s personal data to authorized processors for the purpose of managing the customer’s reservation and purchases and providing the necessary additional services in order to provide the customer with the best service. Personal data such as e-mail, telephone number. customer name and home address, are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of the service.

Collection of other data
We also collect non-personal data that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (browser version, language preference, location, time spent on the page, etc.) and which we treat as generalized customer activity behavior in the booking engine of the Memmemajutus website. This data is aggregated and used to supplement the service/product of the booking engine.
Security
Personal data is stored on the servers of Zone Media OÜ, OÜ Memmemajutus is the responsible processor of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Storage
OÜ Memmemajutus stores personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfill various data processing purposes, but no longer than 7 years after the departure date specified in your order.
Access to data
The customer has the right to access their personal data and information about the actions performed by them at any time. The customer also has the right to request corrections to their personal data at any time if the data has changed or is inaccurate for any other reason.
